TG Property Solutions is a company I created to source residential and commercial property investments for individual investors. 

Owning and investing in property is almost an Australian pastime. However, in the hectic modern world, after working a full week and trying to make time for family, many people simply do not have the time to source, negotiate and then co-ordinate the purchase of a property. This is where TG Property Solutions comes in.

My clients tend to be business owners or professionals who simply need someone to work with and help them to acquire a property.  Many people distrust real estate agents and need someone in their corner supporting them and guiding them through the acquisition process.

Using a buyer's agent


A buyer’s agent is a fully licensed real estate professional who represents the interests of the purchaser in a property acquisition. A buyer's agent can assist with acquiring both residential or commercial real estate.

The use of a buyer's agent allows investors, who may not have the time or confidence to seek out and negotiate the purchase of a property, to proactively enter the property market.


At TG Property Solutions, our buyer’s agent will;

-  source and evaluate potential properties; 

- negotiate the best possible price on the client's behalf; 

- provide experienced understanding of the local market; 

- provide you with a Comparative market analysis report, and.

- most Importantly, provide peace of mind that you have a trusted property professional supporting you during the purchase process.

Our Service Offerings


Buyer's Agent Service

Working with clients from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, I will work with you to locate and acquire your next dream home or investment property.

I work with a team of other professionals including finance brokers, lawyers, accountants, town planners, building and pest inspectors and property valuers. Working collaboratively we  achieve more for our client than working in isolation.

I am flexible with clients and am happy to design an acquisition package that meets your particular requirements. Having said that, I have also designed  two specific, fixed fee packages for clients looking to use this service.

Gold Level Service

The Gold Service is ideal for an independent or more experienced buyer looking for assistance in locating a property to purchase but who may have their own team of advisors to help with the more mundane aspects of the purchase process.  

The "Gold Level Service" includes; 

• An Initial meeting with you to review your property goals and requirements

• Sourcing compatible investment properties in accordance with your goals 

• Review of all properties against a 55 point positive features checklist

• Presentation of a shortlisted properties to you

• The property presentation includes a suburb analysis, rental expectation, comparative    market analysis, median price report, demographic report

• Meeting to present the selected properties and review findings on each property and    answer questions

• Negotiate the purchase price or bid at auction

• Once the contact has been entered into, you will arrange the finance, legal conveyance,    building and pest inspection, insurance e.t.c

I will also; 

• Arrange and attend property inspections with you on the shortlisted properties

• Recommend other service professionals (if needed)

• Keep you informed at every step by your preferred method of communication

My Fee for this Service is:

• $6,000  on successful acquisition of your new property/investment 

• A $750 non-refundable deposit is required at commencement of service with this being   offset against the full fee at settlement

Platinum Experience

The Platinum Experience is about me taking the stress and hassle from a property purchase away from you. You will be fully informed of the entire process but you will not have to deal with the mundane running around and hassles that can come with a property acquisition. The idea is for you to sit back and enjoy the purchase as pretty much everything is taken care for for you.  

The "Platinum Experience" includes;

In additional to the full suite of advice and services outlined under the Gold Package, I will also:   

 - Manage the entire acquisition process post-contract which includes

– Coordinating solicitors

– Finance Brokers

– Building and Pest Inspections

– Introduce you to property management agents (as needed) and

– Arrange any town planning, pool safety and other reports necessary

- Organise tax depreciation schedule

If you are a busy professional and don’t need any added anxiety and time pressures, this is the ideal package for you as it ensures a smooth transition from beginning to the end.

- My fee for this services is $7,500  paid on the successful acquisition of your new   property  

- A non-refundable $750 deposit is required at commencement of this service.

If you need support with your first home loan or need to refinance your existing home loan, or want to start investing in property or expand your portfolio  – then you need to give us a call.   And a bit about Matt: Professionally, Matt has a combined 23 years in banking, mortgage broking, property legals and budgeting. Specifically, Matt was a bank Manager with Bank of Queensland, before taking a stake in a start up mortgage broking business, which he then built up and sold, to become a business partner and Director of Conveyancing Works Solicitors.  Matt and his partners grew this business to be the largest conveyancing business in Australia, before deciding to sell to Slater & Gordon. Following the successful sale of this business, Matt committed to a National Business Development Role with Slater & Gordon in Melbourne, to help set up Conveyancing nationally. Personally, Matt has been involved in both residential and commercial property investment since 2000. Matt studied a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage broking and is accredited with the FBAA.  Matt has a Life Coaching qualification coupled with many years of personal and business life coaching experience. On a lighter note, Matt loves all things sport – particularly Rugby League, Rugby Union (an avid Queenslander!)   He is a keen trail runner and can now call himself an ultra marathon runner with the 100km Blackal 100 under his belt. He also has a personal interest in raising funds for Type1Diabetes and volunteering as a Life Saver at Met Caloundra Surf Life Saving Club.   And our senior broker Cass Connelly: Cass is our Senior Mortgage Broker who has more than 15 years experience in the finance industry, including management positions at Suncorp and The Commonwealth Bank.  She has also worked as a Financial Advisor (Insurance & Managed Funds), Lending Manager (both retail and small business lending), Bank Manager and a finance broker.  If you have met Cass, you will know she is dedicated and committed to getting positive outcomes for our clients.  She loves a challenge and works tirelessly to help clients achieve their long term financial goals.
